Some of the companies she worked with include Rocket Internet, HelloFresh, Global Fashion Group, Xero, among many others. She now focuses on investment activity in France, Spain, and Portugal, and is particularly interested in consumer internet, health tech, and ‘consumerisation of B2B SaaS’.

Ross is Head of Startup Partners EMEA & APAC at Stripe working with the founder and investor ecosystem ensuring startups can start, run and scale on Stripe. Ross was previously Head of Mobile at Twitter building out the team, managing revenue and operations as a first hire in Europe. Ross has also founded a startup consultancy, advising startups on go-to-market strategy and operations and is a lecturer in technology at Dublin University Technology.
