Ondrej is GP with Credo Ventures, a Prague-based VC firm focused on early stage tech investments in outstanding teams and ambitious companies in Central Europe. Founded in 2010, Credo has made over 50 investments in companies, some of which are changing the world. Ondrej is excited about working with amazing founders on their bold projects.
Tereza was the first member of People Operations at productboard. Along with growing her own team and establishing the core HR and talent processes, she has helped to scale this tech startup from 24 employees to 180 in a year and a half.
Tereza also co-founded the information exchange DisruptHR Prague, she mentors the FemmePalette mentees, and empowers women in learning how to code through Reactgirls Prague, and many many more.
Pavlína is a co-founder of Call to Shop, a service which lets anyone start selling using a video app. She also founded #HolkyzMarketingu, a female empowerment community which currently unites more than 22,000 women. In addition to this, Pavlina is a Lead Mentor for Marketing and Product at Google and a Transparency International Board member.
Marcin Misztal leads Stripe's business in Central and Eastern Europe. He joined from Google where he helped tech companies build and launch new digital advertising products using Google's APIs. Before that he worked as consultant in the Boston Consulting Group and A.T. Kearney. Marcin graduated in International Business from Warsaw School of Economics, Poland.
